Hollywood actor Josh Duhamel and former Miss World Audra Mari tied the knot in their native North Dakota on Saturday – and then celebrated with drinks at a Fargo bar.
The 49-year-old Minot actor and the 28-year-old Fargo model and TV host have tied the knot after getting engaged in January.
And at some point during the day, the couple made their way to Duffy’s Tavern in their wedding finery with a handful of other guests.
Chris Litton, the bar manager and son of owner Duane, told TMZ the happy couple spent about half an hour enjoying drinks at the bar with about half a dozen wedding guests, describing it as super laid back.
The Mail Online reports the couple married at the Lutheran Church in Olivet, with video and images showing the couple hopping around in a red convertible after exchanging their votes.
Meanwhile, Tammy Swift of the Fargo Forum tracked down what was likely the location of the reception at Drekker Brewing.
Duhamel has maintained strong ties to his home state despite his Hollywood stardom, shooting several commercials for the North Dakota Tourist Board over the years to increase visitors to The Peace Garden State.
His latest film, “Bandit”, sees him starring alongside Mel Gibson and Elisha Cuthbert. It debuts on Netflix on September 23.
Mari was the winner of the Miss World pageant in 2016 and has since become a professional model and TV host.
