Massachusetts State Lottery: $16.35 million prize won at Ware Cumberland Farms on Saturday

One lucky person won Massachusetts’ biggest lottery prize so far this year on Saturday.

The $16.35 million note, which was part of the Megabucks Doubler game, was purchased at Cumberland Farms in Ware.

Another person claimed a $100,000 lottery ticket in Burlington on Saturday.

Overall, more than 200 winning lottery tickets worth at least $600 were claimed Saturday in Massachusetts, including six in Worcester and five in Springfield.

The Massachusetts State Lottery publishes a complete list of all winning tickets daily. The list only includes winning tickets over $600.

Previously, the biggest lottery prizes won in Massachusetts this year were two $15 million prizes. Both lottery prizes were claimed by trusts.
