Mystikal Arrested for Rape, Domestic Violence in Louisiana

mystical is again charged with rape in Louisiana … and he’s back behind bars after a weekend arrest.

A representative from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office told TMZ … the rapper was arrested and processed on Sunday for a first-degree rape charge, as well as charges related to domestic violence, assault and battery by strangulation, forcible confinement and property damage.

We are told no bond has been set and he has yet to see a judge. As for what allegedly happened to trigger this latest arrest … the sheriff’s office says their deputies responded to a hospital following a reported sexual assault and interviewed the alleged victim themselves.

Based on this interview and the apparent minor injuries the cops say this person suffered…they felt there was enough to go get Mystikal and handcuff him. The investigation is ongoing.

BTW, Mystikal has faced similar allegations in the past – including a bit recently. You’ll recall… he was charged with rape in the same state in 2017 – but beat the case when the charges were dropped lack of evidence.
