Heather Rae Young shared that she was experiencing “separation anxiety” while being away from husband Tarek El Moussa.
The 34-year-old estate agent – who is currently expecting the birth of her and Tarek’s first child, 40 – shared a beautiful beach photoshoot of the couple on her Instagram, revealing it’s the “longest period” when they were separated.
“I miss my best friend while he’s in Cabo with the kids and our families, so I’m going through the photos I like of us. This is the longest time we’ve been apart since we’ve been together, so I may be feeling a bit of separation anxiety,’ she wrote.
The Selling Sunset star then asked his 2.9 million followers for tips on how to entertain themselves while loved ones are away.
“Help me distract myself!” What are your favorite books/TV shows at the moment??’ she asked.
She also said her pregnancy hormones had kicked in, sharing on her stories, “I felt really good until today hormonally and today I started crying out of nowhere, I don’t don’t know where it comes from. I feel better now, it just felt like a while.

The star decided not to join her husband and family on a Cabo San Lucas getaway after her doctor advised against it.
The beauty of reality revealed to PEOPLE that she stayed home so she wouldn’t be exposed to potential illnesses like the Zika virus and food poisoning.
‘It’s not worth getting sick. The odds you can avoid, you should. The unavoidable exposures are different,” she explained when she left her doctor’s advice.
In a post shared to her Instagram on Tuesday, Young appeared pleased with her decision to hide out at her Orange County residence.

Earlier today, Young showed off her growing baby bump in a mirror selfie on her Instagram story.
“Hi baby boy,” Young wrote in the photo, which shows the reality star cradling his budding bump.
The reality star, who learned last week that she was expecting a baby boy, opted for a sporty look in tan track pants and a matching hoodie.
She also wore a sports bra underneath which helped show off her midriff, and pulled her long blonde locks out of her face and into a ponytail.

With the house empty for a few days, Young focuses on her health and well-being, which includes exercising, spending time with the girls, resting and relaxing.
Hours earlier, she posted a photo of herself lying and relaxing on a sofa, where she revealed she would be spending a “girls weekend” wearing “sweatshirts” and indulging in “food and sleep”.

Her day started early, hours before sending the family to Cabo San Lucas.
‘Morning Pilates session. I’ve been up since 5:20,’ she wrote in another Insta-Story post showing her taking the selfie while sitting on one of the Pilates machines.
For her morning workout, she showed off her growing baby bump again by wearing black leggings with a black camo tank top that hugged her feminine curves.
Knowing they would be apart for a few days, Young and El Moussa spent Friday together, which included both work and play.

She continued: “It’s funny because they say when you get pregnant you lose your energy, you get morning sickness and things get harder to do, but I’m so lucky to feel good 100%!” I still wake up early, go to Pilates, go to the set and work all day, and feel amazing – I asked my sister and my mom about it and they were the same way, so maybe it runs in the family, but definitely no signs of slowing down.
The mother-to-be ended the message by asking a question “to all pregnant women or mothers: what was your experience??”
El Moussa and Young met on a fishing trip in July 2019 and tied the knot in a ceremony near Santa Barbara last October.
